A side-by-side comparison was conducted using the One Step Single Drug Test Strip and commercially available drug rapid tests. Testing was performed on approximay 300 specimens per drug type previously collected from subjects presenting for Drug Screen Testing. Presumptive positive results were confirmed by GC/MS. The following compounds were quantified by GC/MS and contributed to the total amount of drugs found in presumptive positive urine samples tested.

禽流感病毒普遍對(duì)熱敏感,對(duì)低溫抵抗力較強(qiáng),65℃加熱30分鐘或煮沸(100℃)2分鐘以上可滅活。病毒在較低溫度糞便中可存活1周,在4℃水中可存活1個(gè)月,對(duì)酸性環(huán)境有一定抵抗力,在pH4.0的條件下也具有一定的存活能力。在有甘油存在的情況下可保持活力1年以上。
自1996年至2012年,荷蘭、意大利、加拿大、美國、墨西哥、英國都報(bào)告過人類感染H7流感病毒的病例。大部分感染和家禽中爆發(fā)的流感有關(guān)。這些感染主要導(dǎo)致結(jié)膜炎和輕度上呼吸道癥狀。*一宗死亡病例發(fā)生在荷蘭。在此之前,中國并未報(bào)道有人感染H7流感病毒的報(bào)告。
流感(H7N9)病毒與流感的H1N1、H5N1病毒
這三種病毒都是甲型流感病毒,但它們有明顯區(qū)別。H7N9和H5N1被認(rèn)為是動(dòng)物流感病毒,只是偶爾會(huì)感染人類。H1N1病毒可以分為通常感染人類與通常感染動(dòng)物的兩種。
H7N9禽流感流行病學(xué)
1. 傳染源。目前尚不明確,根據(jù)以往經(jīng)驗(yàn)及本次病例流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,推測可能為攜帶H7N9禽流感病毒的禽類及其分泌物或排泄物。
2. 傳播途徑。經(jīng)呼吸道傳播,也可通過密切接觸感染的禽類分泌物或排泄物等被感染,直接接觸病毒也可被感染。現(xiàn)尚無人與人之間傳播的確切證據(jù)。
3. 易感人群。目前尚無確切證據(jù)顯示人類對(duì)H7N9禽流感病毒易感?,F(xiàn)有確診病例均為成人。
4. 高危人群 。現(xiàn)階段主要是從事禽類養(yǎng)殖、銷售、宰殺、加工業(yè)者,以及在發(fā)病前1周內(nèi)接觸過禽類者。
H7N9禽流感的臨床表現(xiàn)
根據(jù)流感的潛伏期及現(xiàn)有H7N9禽流感病毒感染病例的調(diào)查結(jié)果,潛伏期一般為7天以內(nèi)。

From 1996 to 2012, cases of human H7 influenza virus infection were reported in the Netherlands, Italy, Canada, the United States, Mexico and the United Kingdom. Most infections are related to the outbreak of flu in poultry. These infections mainly result in conjunctivitis and mild upper respiratory symptoms. The only deaths occurred in the Netherlands. Until then, no reports of human infection with the H7 influenza virus have been reported in China.
Influenza (H7N9) virus and influenza H1N1, H5N1 virus
All three viruses are influenza A viruses, but they are clearly different. H7N9 and H5N1 are considered animal flu viruses, only occasionally in humans. The H1N1 virus can be divided into two types that are commonly infected with humans and usually infected animals.
H7N9 Avian influenza epidemiology
Source of infection It is not clear yet. Based on past experience and epidemiological investigation of this case, it is speculated that the bird may be infected with the H7N9 bird flu virus and its secretions or excretions.
2. The route of transmission. The respiratory tract transmission, but also by close contact with infected birds secretions or excrement and other infections, direct contact with the virus can also be infected. There is no exact evidence of the spread between people.
3. Susceptible people. There is currently no definitive evidence that humans are susceptible to the H7N9 bird flu virus. The current confirmed cases are all adults.
