3.濾紙保藏法

(5)將安瓿管放入內(nèi)有五氧化二磷作吸水劑的干燥器中,用真空泵抽氣至干。
(6)將棉花塞入管內(nèi),用火焰按圖Ⅶ-13熔封,保存于低溫下。
(7)需要使用菌種,復(fù)活培養(yǎng)時(shí),可將安瓿管口在火焰上燒熱,滴一滴冷水在燒熱的部位,使玻璃破裂,再用鑷子敲掉口端的玻璃,待安瓿管開啟后,取出濾紙,放入液體培養(yǎng)基內(nèi),置溫箱中培養(yǎng)。
