美國(guó)NOVABIOS瘧疾抗體試紙 本試劑盒主要是采用膠體金層析的原理制成,用于檢測(cè)人體血清/血漿/全血標(biāo)本中,感染的瘧原蟲(chóng)抗體,包括了惡性瘧原蟲(chóng)和間日瘧原蟲(chóng)、卵形瘧原蟲(chóng)、三日瘧原蟲(chóng)共有抗原的鑒別性檢測(cè)。
人群易感性 人群對(duì)瘧疾普遍易感,感染后雖有一定的免疫力,但不持久,各型瘧疾之間亦無(wú)交叉免疫性,經(jīng)反復(fù)多次感染后,再感染時(shí)癥狀可較輕,甚至無(wú)癥狀,而一般非流行區(qū)來(lái)的外來(lái)人員常較易感染,且癥狀較重。

1 撕開(kāi)檢測(cè)卡鋁箔袋,取出袋內(nèi)金標(biāo)卡。注意:不要讓袋內(nèi)材料暴露于高溫高濕環(huán)境,撕開(kāi)鋁箔袋后盡快使用。
2將金標(biāo)卡平放在臺(tái)面上;并將病人名字和編號(hào)寫(xiě)在標(biāo)簽上。
3 取5微升(吸管*刻度處)全血標(biāo)本,垂直加入金標(biāo)卡上“加樣孔A”內(nèi)。
4 掰斷裂解液瓶子蓋子上方的綠色圓頭,在“樣品孔B”上垂直滴加4滴裂解液。
5 在十五分鐘內(nèi)出結(jié)果。注意:必須在15分鐘內(nèi)判讀結(jié)果,如超時(shí)判斷,結(jié)果無(wú)效。
6 請(qǐng)遵循相關(guān)法規(guī),妥善處理樣本及廢棄材料。
7 存儲(chǔ)條件:2-30℃;
8 保質(zhì)期:18個(gè)月;

浸潤(rùn)型肺結(jié)核:X線(xiàn)常為云絮狀或小片狀浸潤(rùn)細(xì)菌影,邊緣模糊(滲出性)或結(jié)節(jié)、索條狀(增殖性)病變,大片實(shí)變或球形病變(干酪性—可見(jiàn)空洞)或鈣化;慢性纖維空洞型肺結(jié)核:多在兩肺上部,亦為單側(cè),大量纖維增生,其中空洞形成,呈破棉絮狀,肺組織收縮,肺門(mén)上提,肺門(mén)影呈“垂柳樣”改變,胸膜肥厚,胸廓塌陷,局部代償性肺氣腫。④結(jié)核性胸膜炎(Ⅳ型) 病側(cè)胸腔積液,小量為肋膈角變淺,中等量以上積液為致密細(xì)菌影,上緣呈弧形。
(2)分期 ①進(jìn)展期 新發(fā)現(xiàn)的活動(dòng)性肺結(jié)核,隨訪中病灶增多增大,出現(xiàn)空洞或空洞擴(kuò)大,痰菌檢查轉(zhuǎn)陽(yáng)性,發(fā)熱等臨床癥狀加重。②好轉(zhuǎn)期 隨訪中病灶吸收好轉(zhuǎn),空洞縮小或消失,痰菌轉(zhuǎn)細(xì)菌,臨床癥狀改善。③穩(wěn)定期 空洞消失,病灶穩(wěn)定,痰菌持續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)細(xì)菌性(1個(gè)月1次)達(dá)6個(gè)月以上;或空洞仍然存在,痰菌連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)細(xì)菌1年以上。
炭疽是由炭疽桿菌所致,一種人畜共患的急性傳染病。人因接觸病畜及其產(chǎn)品及食用病畜的肉類(lèi)而發(fā)生感染。臨床上主要表現(xiàn)為皮膚壞死、潰瘍、焦痂和周?chē)M織廣泛水腫及毒血癥癥狀,皮下及漿膜下結(jié)締組織出血性浸潤(rùn);血液凝固不良,呈煤焦油樣,偶可引致肺、腸和腦膜的急性感染,并可伴發(fā)敗血癥。自然條件下,食草獸zui易感,人類(lèi)中等敏感,主要發(fā)生于與動(dòng)物及畜產(chǎn)品加工接觸較多及誤食病畜肉的人員。炭疽散布于世界各地,尤以南美洲、亞洲及非洲等牧區(qū)較多見(jiàn),呈地方性流行,為一種自然疫源性疾病。近年來(lái)由于世界各國(guó)的皮毛加工等集中于城鎮(zhèn),炭疽也暴發(fā)于城市,成為重要職業(yè)病之一。
1.傳染源
患病的牛、馬、羊、駱駝等食草動(dòng)物是人類(lèi)炭疽的主要傳染源。豬可因吞食染菌青飼料;狗、狼等食肉動(dòng)物可因吞食病畜肉類(lèi)而感染得病,成為次要傳染源。炭疽患者的分泌物和排泄物也具傳染性。2.傳播途徑
人感染炭疽桿菌主要通過(guò)工業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)兩種方式。接觸感染是本病流行的主要途徑。皮膚直接接觸病畜及其皮毛zui易受染,吸入帶大量炭疽芽胞的塵埃、氣溶膠或進(jìn)食染菌肉類(lèi),可分別發(fā)生肺炭疽或腸炭疽。應(yīng)用未消毒的毛刷,或被帶菌的昆蟲(chóng)叮咬,偶也可致病。

Source of infection
