SD惡性瘧原蟲Malaria抗體臨床篩檢卡本試劑盒主要是采用膠體金層析的原理制成,用于檢測人體血清/血漿/全血標(biāo)本中,感染的瘧原蟲抗體,包括了惡性瘧原蟲和間日瘧原蟲、卵形瘧原蟲、三日瘧原蟲共有抗原的鑒別性檢測。
人群易感性 人群對瘧疾普遍易感,感染后雖有一定的免疫力,但不持久,各型瘧疾之間亦無交叉免疫性,經(jīng)反復(fù)多次感染后,再感染時(shí)癥狀可較輕,甚至無癥狀,而一般非流行區(qū)來的外來人員常較易感染,且癥狀較重。

2.細(xì)菌的分離和鑒別

3.血清學(xué)檢查
(1)熒光抗體染色鏡檢(IFA)具有快速、敏感度及特異性較高的優(yōu)點(diǎn),但有假陽性或假細(xì)菌性。

(3)放射免疫沉淀試驗(yàn)(RIP)敏感、高度特異,不僅是目前鼠疫監(jiān)測、查源較為理想的方法之一,特別是輕型和不典型病例的追索診斷,作為補(bǔ)充IHA的不足,具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
