實驗步驟
1) 將所有的材料和樣品都平衡至室溫(2-30℃)
2) 將所有的檢測卡從密封的試劑袋中取出。
3) 將樣品點滴器垂直置于樣品孔上方,向樣品孔中加入3滴樣品(120-150ul)。
4) 10分鐘內(nèi)讀取結果,強陽性樣品可能會早點出現(xiàn)結果。
注意:10分鐘后讀取的實驗結果可能會不準確。
結果說明
陽性結果:檢測線區(qū)域出現(xiàn)明顯的粉色條帶,另外質控線區(qū)域出現(xiàn)粉色條帶。
陰性結果:檢測線區(qū)域不顯色,質控線區(qū)域出現(xiàn)明顯的粉色條帶。
無效結果:靠近檢測線的質控線在加樣品后15分鐘內(nèi)不可見的話,則實驗結果無效。

眶上裂與眶尖綜合征,顱內(nèi)動脈瘤,顱內(nèi)腫瘤,其它如結核、霉菌、梅毒與化膿性炎癥引起的顱底腦膜炎等。由于病細菌不同,其發(fā)病機理亦各不相同,如腫瘤的直接壓迫所致,原發(fā)性炎癥時,動眼、滑車與外展神經(jīng)纖維呈脫髓鞘改變等。1、動眼神經(jīng)麻痹表現(xiàn)為上瞼下垂,眼球外斜,向上外、上內(nèi)、下內(nèi)、 同側方向運動障礙,瞳孔散大,對光反應及調(diào)節(jié)反應消失,頭向健側 歪斜。*性癱瘓多為周圍性,而不*性多為核性。2、滑車神經(jīng)麻痹表現(xiàn)為眼球不能向下外方向運動,伴有復視,下樓時 復視明顯,致使下樓動作十分困難。頭呈特殊位,呈下頦向下頭面向 健側的姿勢。3、外展神經(jīng)麻痹表現(xiàn)為眼內(nèi)斜視,不能外展,并有復視。(一)核性 及束性麻痹 細菌動眼神經(jīng)核在中腦占據(jù)的范圍較大,故核性損害多 引起不全麻痹,且多為兩側性,可見有神經(jīng)梅毒,臘腸中毒及白喉等 。束性損害多引起一側動眼神經(jīng)麻痹,表現(xiàn)為同側瞳孔擴大,調(diào)節(jié)機 能喪失及瞼下垂,眼球被外直肌及上斜肌拉向外側并稍向下方。1、腦干腫瘤:特征的臨床表現(xiàn)為出現(xiàn)交叉性麻痹,即病變節(jié)段同側的 核及核下性顱神經(jīng)損害及節(jié)段下對側的錐體束征。顱神經(jīng)癥狀細菌病 變節(jié)段水平和范圍不同而異。如中腦病變多表現(xiàn)為病變側動眼神經(jīng)麻 痹,橋腦病變可表現(xiàn)為病變側眼球外展及面神經(jīng)麻痹,同側面部感覺 障礙以及聽覺障礙。延髓病變可出現(xiàn)病變側舌肌麻痹、咽喉麻痹、舌 后1/3味覺消失等。腦干誘發(fā)電位、CT、MRI可明確診斷。2、腦干損傷:多有明確的外傷史,傷后長時間的昏迷,且有眼球運動障 礙等,診斷不難。3、顱底骨折:顱腦外傷后可損傷頸內(nèi)動脈,產(chǎn)生頸內(nèi)動脈—海綿竇瘺 出現(xiàn)眼球運動受限和視力減退,同時可有頭部或眶部連續(xù)性雜音,搏 動性眼球突出。1、顱底動脈瘤:動眼神經(jīng)麻痹單獨出現(xiàn)時,常見于顱 底動脈瘤而罕見于其他腫瘤。本病多見于青壯年,多有慢性頭痛及蛛 網(wǎng)膜下腔出血病史,亦可以單獨的動眼神經(jīng)麻痹出現(xiàn)。腦血管造影多 能明確診斷。
