【流感嗜血桿菌相關知識】
流感嗜血桿菌分類為兩類,即莢膜菌株及沒有莢膜的菌株。雖然已知莢膜類的乙型流感嗜血桿菌(或是b型流感嗜血桿菌,簡稱HiB)是毒性的主因之一,但感染流感嗜血桿菌的病因卻仍未*清楚。它們的莢膜能幫助它們抵抗在沒有免疫的寄主體內的吞噬作用及不觸發(fā)補體介導的裂解。沒有莢膜的菌株則較少侵略性,但它們能誘發(fā)炎癥而產生其他病癥,如會厭炎。

蟲體逐漸生長 ,中間細胞溶解形成空腔并充滿液體,約經10周發(fā)育為成熟尾蚴 豬體內的尾蚴以肌肉zui多,其中以股內側肌為zui多成熟尾蚴呈橢 圓形,約20mm×11mm.,乳白色半透明。人誤食入生的或半生的 帶尾蚴的病豬肉后在胃內尾蚴壁被消化,在十二指腸內尾蚴頭節(jié) 外翻,固著于小腸壁發(fā)育為成蟲,約2~3個月后糞便中即可發(fā)現 蟲卵(圖1)。成蟲在人體內大約可存活25年左右。人有時也可因食 入被蟲卵污染的食物或在驅蟲時節(jié)片反流到咽部而被吞下造成攝 入蟲卵。蟲卵在人體內亦可發(fā)育為尾蚴而罹患豬尾蚴病,當尾蚴 寄生在人重要臟器如腦、眼等處則可危及生命或造成嚴重損害。 發(fā)病機制豬帶絳蟲成蟲致病情況與牛帶絳蟲相似,但由于豬帶絳 蟲頭節(jié)具有小鉤對腸黏膜損傷較重,甚至可穿透腸壁引起腹膜炎 。成蟲也可移行到腸外造成異位寄生。但人體如患豬蟲病則常有 顯著病理改變與免疫反應。

Pathogenesis The pathogenicity of the tapeworm adult is similar to that of the tapeworm, but due to the small hook on the head section of the tapeworm, the damage to the intestinal mucosa is heavier and it can even penetrate the intestinal wall to cause peritonitis. Adults can also migrate to the intestine causing ectopic parasitism. However, humans with porcine porcine disease often have significant pathological changes and immune reactions.
