【流感嗜血桿菌相關(guān)知識(shí)】
流感嗜血桿菌分類為兩類,即莢膜菌株及沒(méi)有莢膜的菌株。雖然已知莢膜類的乙型流感嗜血桿菌(或是b型流感嗜血桿菌,簡(jiǎn)稱HiB)是毒性的主因之一,但感染流感嗜血桿菌的病因卻仍未*清楚。它們的莢膜能幫助它們抵抗在沒(méi)有免疫的寄主體內(nèi)的吞噬作用及不觸發(fā)補(bǔ)體介導(dǎo)的裂解。沒(méi)有莢膜的菌株則較少侵略性,但它們能誘發(fā)炎癥而產(chǎn)生其他病癥,如會(huì)厭炎。

平板上菌落厚、有光 澤、圓形凸起,直徑0.5~1.0mm。血平板菌落周圍形成透明的溶血 環(huán)。金黃色葡萄球菌有高度的耐鹽性,可在10~15%NaCl肉湯中生 長(zhǎng)??煞纸馄咸烟?、麥芽糖、乳糖、蔗糖,產(chǎn)酸不產(chǎn)氣。甲基紅 反應(yīng)陽(yáng)性,VP反應(yīng)弱陽(yáng)性。許多菌株可分解精氨酸,水解尿素, 還原硝酸鹽,液化明膠。金黃色葡萄球菌具有較強(qiáng)的抵抗力,對(duì) 磺胺類藥物、青霉素、紅霉素、土霉素、新霉素等抗生素敏感, 但易產(chǎn)生耐藥性,原因是由于這些菌株產(chǎn)生青霉素酶等。對(duì)堿性 染料敏感,十萬(wàn)分之一的龍膽紫液即可抑制生長(zhǎng)。流行病學(xué)金黃 色葡萄球菌在自然界中無(wú)處不在,空氣、水、灰塵及人和動(dòng)物的 排泄物中都可找到。因此,食品受到污染的機(jī)會(huì)很多。美國(guó)疾病 控制中心報(bào)告,由金黃色葡萄球菌引起的感染占第二位,僅次于 大腸桿菌。金黃色葡萄球菌腸毒素是個(gè)世界性衛(wèi)生難題,在美國(guó) 由金黃色葡萄球菌腸毒素引起的食物中毒,占整個(gè)細(xì)菌性食物中 毒的33%,加拿大則更多,占到45%,中國(guó)金黃色葡萄球菌引起的 食物中毒事件也時(shí)有發(fā)生,比如2001年4月12日,無(wú)錫市錫山區(qū)所 轄小學(xué)、幼兒園因課間加餐飲用袋裝牛奶飲料導(dǎo)致食物中毒事 。

Staphylococcal enterotoxin is a worldwide health problem. Food poisoning caused by Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin in the United States accounts for 33% of the total bacterial food poisoning, Canada is even more, accounting for 45%, China golden yellow grape Food poisoning incidents caused by cocci also occur from time to time. For example, on April 12, 2001, elementary schools and kindergartens in Xishan District of Wuxi City caused food poisoning due to the addition of catering milk beverages for meals.[1]
