性親和很復(fù)雜與子囊菌一樣,有同宗配合、次生同宗配合和異宗配合,其中,同宗配合只占10%,絕大多數(shù)為異宗配合。異宗配合中約25%為兩極性,其親和性由一個(gè)因子控制。子囊菌的不親和性只有一對等位基因(即A、a),而擔(dān)子菌似有多數(shù)等位基因(即A1A2A3A4……)。任何兩個(gè)含有不同等位基因的同核體融合在一起,即可形成可育雙核體。其余大多數(shù)異宗配合表現(xiàn)為四極性,其親和性由兩個(gè)因子控制(即A、B),每個(gè)因子又各有多數(shù)等位基因??捎p核體形成必須由兩個(gè)因子都不同的初生菌絲結(jié)合。換句話說,次生菌絲的兩個(gè)因子都是異源的。它可產(chǎn)生4類擔(dān)孢子或2類擔(dān)孢子,這又決定于減數(shù)分裂時(shí)染色體的交換和排裂列。染色體不發(fā)生交換時(shí),只能產(chǎn)生2種類型的擔(dān)孢子;交換發(fā)生在一個(gè)親和基因位點(diǎn)時(shí)。
Sexual affinities are very complex, like ascomycetes, with the same ancestors, secondary homozygous and heterozygous, of which, the same ancestral only accounts for 10%, and the vast majority are heterozoic. About 25% of the isomorphisms are bipolar, and their affinity is controlled by one factor. The incompatibility of ascomycetes is only one pair of alleles (ie, A, a), while Basidiomycotina seems to have a majority of alleles (ie, A1A2A3A4...). Any two homokaryons containing different alleles are fused together to form a fertile binary nucleus. Most of the rest of the c*rs are quadripolar, and their affinities are controlled by two factors (ie, A, B), each of which has its own majority allele. Fertile binucleate formation must be bound by a primary mycelium with two different factors. In other words, the two factors of the secondary hyphae are all heterogenous. It can produce either Class 4 spores or Class 2 spores, which in turn is determined by the chromosomal exchanges and excision lines during meiosis. When the chromosomes do not exchange, only two types of spores can be produced; the exchange takes place at one affinity gene locus
