軍團菌是近年來發(fā)現(xiàn)的新型病原菌，它侵入人體后主要引起軍團菌肺炎。據(jù)發(fā)達國家報道，軍團菌肺炎占肺部感染總數(shù)的7％～10％，老年人中會更高。該病發(fā)病急、死亡率高，因此臨床上迫切需要能夠快速準確檢測軍團菌的方法。根據(jù)市場需要，我公司攻克多項技術(shù)難關(guān)，成功研制出軍團菌（Lp）抗體快速金標記檢定卡。

則產(chǎn)生4種類型的擔孢子；交換發(fā)生在兩個基因位點時，又因染色體的排列而產(chǎn)生2種類型或4種類型的擔孢子。在擔子菌中，裂褶菌的親性和可能是真菌中zui為復(fù)雜的，已知它有450個A因子，90個B因子，AB兩個因子又各有α、β兩個位點，每個位點都有許多等位基因。兩個因子的作用不同，B因子與細胞核的轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)，A因子與核的配對和 。擔子菌亞門約 12000種，通常下分兩綱，即有隔擔子菌綱和無隔包括傘菌目、多孔菌目、馬勃菌目等。許多現(xiàn)代學(xué)者主張，由于銹菌目和黑粉菌目都產(chǎn)生厚壁冬孢子，應(yīng)該把它們合稱為冬孢綱。因此，擔子菌亞門擔子菌的菌絲隔為桶孔隔膜又可分成冬孢菌綱、層菌綱和腹菌綱3綱。擔子菌中既有嚴重危害糧食作物和林木的病原菌，如黑菌粉、銹菌、木腐菌等，也有很多是有名食用菌，如蘑菇 、口蘑、香菇、側(cè)耳等，還有中國傳統(tǒng)的貴重藥材，如黑木耳、銀耳、茯苓、靈芝等，有些大型菌類還含有抗癌物質(zhì)。

The basidiomycetes have both pathogenic bacteria that seriously damage food crops and trees, such as black fungus powder, rust fungus, wood rot fungus, etc. There are also many famous edible fungi such as mushrooms, tricholoma, mushrooms, Pleurotus ostreatus, etc., as well as Chinese traditional preciousness. Medicinal materials, such as black fungus, white fungus, loquat, Ganoderma lucidum, etc., some large bacteria also contain anti-cancer substances.
