氣生菌絲(二級菌絲):aerial mycelia;aerial hypha,由基內(nèi)營養(yǎng)菌絲長出培養(yǎng)基外伸向空間的放線菌菌絲。氣生菌絲直生或分枝絲狀,較基內(nèi)菌絲粗和色深。是指從基質(zhì)伸向空氣中的菌絲體。菌類的菌絲體多是匍匐在基質(zhì)上,或是貫通基質(zhì)而伸長的,為了孢子的形成而生長氣生菌絲。在一定條件下,水生菌類也可以生長氣生菌絲。真菌和放線菌的營養(yǎng)菌絲發(fā)育到一定時期,長出培養(yǎng)基外并伸向空間的菌絲稱為氣生菌絲。它疊生于營養(yǎng)菌絲上,以致可以覆蓋整個菌落表面。在光學(xué)顯微鏡下,顏色較深,直徑比營養(yǎng)菌絲粗,直形或彎曲,有的產(chǎn)生色素。在固體培養(yǎng)基上霉菌的菌絲分化為營養(yǎng)菌絲和氣生菌絲。營養(yǎng)菌絲深入到培養(yǎng)基內(nèi)吸收養(yǎng)料;氣生菌絲向空中生長,有些氣生菌絲發(fā)育到一定階段分化成繁殖菌絲,產(chǎn)生孢子。鏈霉菌屬(streptomyces),是zui高等的放線菌。有發(fā)育良好的分枝菌絲,菌絲無橫隔,分化為營養(yǎng)菌絲、氣生菌絲、65孢子絲。
Aerial mycelium (secondary hyphae): aerial mycelia; aerial hypha, an actinomycete hyphae that grows out of the medium by a vegetative mycelium in the base. The aerial hyphae are straight or branched filamentous, thicker and darker than the base hyphae. Means mycelium extending from the substrate into the air. The mycelia of fungi are mostly on the substrate, or they extend through the substrate and grow aerial mycelium for the formation of spores. Under certain conditions, aquatic fungi can also grow aerial hyphae. The fungal nutrient and actinomycetes develop into a certain period of time. The hyphae that grow out of the medium and extend into the space are called aerial hyphae. It is stacked on vegetative mycelium so that it can cover the entire colony surface. Under the light microscope, the color is darker, the diameter is larger than the vegetative mycelium, straight or curved, and some produce pigment. The mycelium of the mold on the solid medium differentiates into a vegetative mycelium and an aerial hyphae. The vegetative hyphae penetrates into the medium and absorbs nutrients; aerial hyphae grow in the air, and some aerial hyphae develop into a proliferating hyphae at a certain stage to produce spores. Streptomyces, the highest actinomycete. There are well-developed branching hyphae, hyphae without septa, differentiated into vegetative hyphae, aerial hyphae, and 65 spore filaments.
